HABIT HACK (MOVEMENT) Should You Be Tracking Your Workouts?

Should you be tracking your workouts? You can track when, what kind of exercise—reps, weights, etc., but also how you felt before and after (love this tip!) Now just like we chatted about with tracking your food last week, there can be some cons that I want you to be aware of—this is all about being intentional & not letting tracking rule over the actual habit and it become an obsession or dictate how you feel about yourself if you don’t track. Tracking is a major habit hack that will lead to success with consistently implementing movement in your life if you use it with intention. So let's habit hack this together and I'll even give you a couple habits loops!

Did you hear?!?! The HEALTHY HABIT RESET LIVE is back! I host this live masterclass every quarter to help you pivot your habits as you are headed into a new season. Join us live AUGUST 15, 16, 17 at 12pm EST LIVE each day (replays will be sent out!)
