This mission of HABIT HACK YOUR HEALTH is to help busy working moms use simple & intentional habit hacks to take care of their basic needs and transform into the best version of themselves. That starts with movement, food freedom and your mindset. Come along and watch what happens for you and those who you love the most when you start making the time to fill your own cup.

CREATING HEALTHy HABITS can seem very overwhelming. seriously—where do you start?

When it comes to taking care of yourself (guilt free!) that means getting back to the basics. In most cases, moms are not taking care of their basic needs—your mental/emotional and physical health. Back in 2015 when I began my transformation journey I was not taking care of myself—I dealt with stress and overwhelm with sugar and alcohol and I was for sure not working out or really talking very nice to myself. Once I finally finished a health goal from start to end that is when the snowball effect happened. I craved movement, food freedom and dug deep into personal development habits.

BUT….MY HUSBAND WAS GOING THROUGH THE SAME TRANSFORMATION & IT JUST SEEMED EASIER FOR HIM. UGH.🤔

That’s because women have to do habits differently! We carry such an invisible load, so many internal and external distractions (“Did I cancel that doctor’s appointment? Welp, I have to go pick up a sick kid from school”), diet culture has overcomplicated health and don’t even get me started on mom guilt.

This is how the ATOMIC HABIT HACKING SYSTEM that I teach in my signature pod course and on HABIT HACK YOUR HEALTH makes me different as a coach. I will help you craft a healthy habit plan that will actually stick within 21 days because we will use a health first, then weight loss 21 day system to finally make you habits stick and even pivot them through different seasons of life!🙌 This is training for LIFE, this is atomic habits for women!
