Episode 212: How To Reward Yourself For Completing Your Habits—The Reward Step of the Habit Loop

The Habit Loop is basic habit strategy 101, right?  It's a CUE-ROUTINE-REWARD 3 step process to create a habit. You have rewards already built in that you don't even have to think about with your current habits. But...when we start to implement a new healthy habit loop, we have to be super intentional that the REWARD we associate with the habit, actually helps us buy into the habit even more and help keep us motivated! Today we're chatting about the pitfalls of the REWARD step (especially from the female perspective because #atomichabitsforwomen) and some actually MOVEMENT, MINDSET AND FOOD FREEDOM REWARDS that you can use right now!
